I went to the Finders Keepers today. I spent too much. How could I not...LOOK! See that greeny coloured bag in the third photo, down there at the front? I bought that bag. I also bought a very amazing necklace from Simply Phoebe. And there was more money parting, a dress for Miss M, a sew your own wheat pack from Ink and Spindle and more.
Now considering that at the end of next week, my little household goes down to one income for the foreseeable future at the end of next week, I am BANNING myself from situations where an IMPULSE purchase can be made.
This includes the supermarket. I better let my husband know that he’s doing the shopping from now on…

That's the reason why I only took a limited amount of cash with me. I'm a terrible impulse purchaser!
ReplyDeleteI do tend to resist supermarket impulse buying if I shop online though.
That's why I didn't go, the tempatation is too much...the markets looked achingly good!! Great purchases :)...
ReplyDeleteThat looks so great! thanks for showing us.
ReplyDeleteI loved okt-ober dee too - epsecially their tiedy scarves! A lovely charcoal/black one is now waiting for some cooler weather for me to wear it.
ReplyDeleteSeeing tea cup bird feeders around again has also convinced me to bring them back to my market stock ( after a 2 year layoff).
Truly a great day with some lovely purchases.
I was so disappointed not to have time to look around at many other stalls, but it was definitely for the best for my wallet.
ReplyDeleteI did spy and love my stall neighbour Fold Studio's necklaces (second pic up from bottom) too though. Didn't make a purchase from them on the day, but I think it won't be far away.
Your piece is in the mail and should arrive today! Hope you simply love wearing it.
Oh yes... in such a situation I either start buying and buying, or i get overwhelmed and frustrated and walk away! ^^
ReplyDeleteps: i love the expression on the lady's face in the last picture!!
I would have loved to have gone down for that! I can just imagine how dangerous on the wallet it would have been....
ReplyDeleteGosh, no wonder that you spend a lot! What a nice market? A lot of really unique things...
ReplyDeleteoh no do not let you hubby do the shopping - he will come back with more impulse shopping!!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a GREAT looking market!
Great market with some lovely displays. I especially like those spectacled bunnies. Sounds like you got some nice stuff!
ReplyDeleteoh that bag is divine! what a wonderful impulse buy - bravo ; )
